1.Material Description
XCUR-6016HL is a moisture cured polyurethane resin. The product is suitable for PVC film, wall covering or paper cladding wood plastic. This product is mainly cured by reacting with
moisture in the air.

3.Instructions for use
Suggested platen temperature: 140±10℃（Summer）, 140±10℃(winter).
Suggested hose temperature: 140±10℃（Summer）, 140±10℃(winter).
Suggested scraper temperature: 110±10℃（Summer）, 125±10℃(winter).
Glue amount: about 20~70g/m2, depending on the thickness of the PVC film and the roughness of the substrate; the recommended amount of glue is about 20~40g, and the recommended amount of glue for films with 14-20 silk is 40~70g.
Feed rate: 15~40m/min.
