In terms of bio-modified polyurethane additives, Mesid has developed bio-modified silicone surfactants for rigid and flexible polyurethane foams, bio-modified amine catalysts, bio-modified flame retardants, bio-modified overbranched environmentally friendly plasticizers and other products.
Li Hongbo, product line manager of Maxim, said that in response to the needs of polyurethane additives such as safety and environmental protection, functionality, the replacement of traditional foaming agent dichloromethane, and the application of bio-based raw materials, Maxim has developed special additive solutions.
Customized low cyclic content silicone homogenizer can effectively reduce the residue of D4/D5/D6 in foam, and can meet the test requirements of relevant organic volatile VOCs when used with MAYCAT reactive catalysts.

The self-developed bio-based modified silicone oil can provide better system compatibility and foam stability, and with MAYCAT special amine catalyst, it can enhance the curing after foam reaction, which can effectively improve the physical properties of foam.
High-quality silicone homogenizer M6644LV is suitable for high-pressure CO2 foaming system, providing efficient emulsification performance, making the foaming system more uniform, the cell structure is delicate, and the foam physical properties are more uniform.
