Standards such as green factory evaluation requirements for the polyurethane resin industry will be implemented

Recently, the National Standardization Administration and the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology have successively released a number of new technical standards for the adhesive and adhesive tape industry that will be implemented in the first half of 2023. In order to enable the whole industry to grasp and follow up the latest progress of various standard work, the China Adhesive and Adhesive Tape Industry Association has collected and sorted it out.

1. Determination of puncture resistance of adhesive tape (GB/T 41657-2022)

This document describes the determination method of the puncture resistance of adhesive tapes, which is suitable for the determination and evaluation of the puncture resistance of adhesive tapes.

2. Determination of adhesive viscosity (GB/T 2794-2022)

This document describes methods for determining the viscosity of adhesives using single-cylinder rotational viscometers, conical plate rotational viscometers, and rotational rheometers, which are suitable for the determination of adhesive viscosity.

This standard replaces GB/T 2794-2013 standard.

3. Evaluation requirements for green factories in polyurethane resin industry (HG/T 6059-2022)

This document stipulates the general rules, evaluation indicators and requirements, evaluation procedures and evaluation reports of green factories in the polyurethane resin industry, which is suitable for the green factory evaluation of polyurethane resin (polyurethane shoe sole original solution, polyurethane leather resin, polyurethane elastomer (TPU, CPU), Polyurethane Adhesive) manufacturers, and other polyurethane resin manufacturers can refer to the implementation.

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of acrylate-based hot-curing impregnated sealants for metal die castings, and is suitable for acrylate-based sealants that use the impregnation process to seal microporous defects inside metal die castings by heat curing.

This document specifies the terms and definitions, product classification, technical requirements, inspection methods, inspection rules, markings, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of upper and lower adhesive tapes for electronic components packaging, and is suitable for hot melt pressure-sensitive adhesive tapes for packaging and transmission of electronic components.

7. Universal biaxially oriented polypropylene film pressure-sensitive adhesive tape (HG/T 6102-2022)

This document specifies the general biaxially oriented polypropylene film pressure-sensitive adhesive tape series product classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements, suitable for biaxially oriented polypropylene film as the substrate, the pressure-sensitive adhesive evenly coated on the treatment surface of the polypropylene film, and then by cutting and other processes made of polypropylene film pressure-sensitive adhesive tape series products, the product is mainly used for packaging, sealing, bundling and pasting.

This standard replaces JC/T 482-2 003 standard.

9. Polysulfur building sealant (JC/T 483-2022)

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification, general requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of polysulfide building sealants, suitable for room temperature vulcanized multi-component building sealants based on liquid polysulfide rubber, and not suitable for polysulfide sealants for secondary sealants of insulating glass.

This standard replaces JC/T 483-2006 standard.

10. Butyl rubber waterproof sealant adhesive tape (JC/T 942-2022)

This document specifies the terms and definitions, classification, general requirements, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of butyl rubber waterproof sealant tape, suitable for butyl adhesive tape for joint sealing in building waterproof engineering, wherein the specified butyl adhesive tape is suitable for polymer waterproof membrane, cement concrete and mortar, metal plate and other substrates.

This standard replaces JC/T 942-2004 standard.
