Recently, the Department of Industry and Information Technology of Jiangsu Province announced the list of 2023 provincial industrial Internet demonstration projects (benchmark factories) to be recognized, and 6 enterprises such as CGN Delta, Magna and Asahikawa Chemical in our city were selected, with a record number of selected and ranked in the forefront of Suzhou, accounting for 18% of the number of selected in Suzhou.

The industrial Internet benchmark factory mainly relies on the industrial Internet platform, comprehensively uses data collection and integrated application, modeling analysis and optimization and other technologies to achieve the optimization of all levels of the manufacturing system, as well as the whole process optimization of products, factory assets and business, and complete the innovation of enterprise production mode.

In recent years, the city has focused on strengthening the service platform, establishing integration benchmarks, expanding application fields, and creating the best ecology, focusing on the industrial Internet to compete for intelligent transformation and digital transformation new tracks. At present, the city has been evaluated as a total of 4 pilot demonstration projects of the integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing industry of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, 3 pilot demonstration projects of the Industrial Internet of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and 13 provincial industrial Internet benchmarking factories (platforms).

The industrial Internet is the key foundation for the deep integration of the digital economy and the real economy, and is a strategic infrastructure for new industrialization.
