Technical solutions:To achieve the above object, the present invention provides a polyurethane resin fabric for labor protection shoe leather, which is mainly made of components of the following weight ratio:

5-20 servings of one or more aliphatic isocyanate compounds.

One or more dihydroxyhydrophilic polyether polyols in 20-60 servings.

One or more dihydroxy polyester polyols in 1-15 servings.

One or more dihydroxy small molecular weight polyols in 5-10 parts.

One or more diamino small molecular weight polyols in 5-10 servings.

0.1-1 part additive, 30-80 parts of one or more organic solvents.

Preferably, the polyurethane resin fabric of the labor protection shoe leather is mainly made of components of the following weight ratio:

8-16 servings of one or more aliphatic isocyanate compounds.

One or more dihydroxyhydrophilic polyether polyols in 30-50 servings.

One or more dihydroxy polyester polyols in 4-12 servings.

One or more dihydroxy small molecular weight polyols in 6-8 parts.

One or more diamino small molecular weight polyols in 6-8 servings.

0.3-7 part additive, 45-65 parts of one or more organic solvents.

As another preferred, the aliphatic isocyanate compound isocyanate is selected from isophorone diisocyanate, hydrogenated phenyl methane diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate.

As another preferred, the dihydroxyphilic polyether polyol is polyethylene oxide, which has a molecular weight of 1000-6000.

As another preferred, the bihydroxy small molecular weight polyol molecular weight is 40-500, preferably 1.4 butanediol.

As another preferred, the diamino small molecular weight polyol is a molecular weight of 40-500, preferably isophorone diamine.

As another preferred, the additive is a hydrophilic additive.

As another preferred, the organic solvent is dimethylformamide, toluene, butanone or isopropanol.

The present invention further provides a method for preparing the polyurethane resin fabric for labor protection shoe leather, comprising the following steps:

(1) Take bihydroxyphilic hydrophilic polyether polyols, dihydroxy polyester polyols, dihydroxy small molecular weight polyols and diamino small molecular weight polyols, add two-thirds of the organic solvent, heat to 70-80 °C, and keep warm for 10-20min;

(2) Add aliphatic isocyanate compounds, keep warm at 70-80 °C for 3-4 hours;

(3) Add the additive, stir for 1-2h, add the remaining solvent, continue stirring for 1-2h;

(4) Cool down to 40-50 °C, discharge, according to the conventional method of coating on the surface of the fabric, that is, obtained.

Beneficial effects:Relative to the prior art, the present invention by the ratio of various components, prepared at the same time has high moisture permeability and high wear resistance of the labor protection shoe leather polyurethane resin fabric, and excellent waterproof performance, to overcome the prior art of the polyurethane resin fabric can not take into account the moisture permeability and wear resistance of the defects at the same time.
