Official announcement! DSM and LANXESS join forces! A new global raw material giant is born!

On April 3, Düsseldorf, Germany, Envalior, a global engineering materials company, was officially established as a new company. With a turnover of around 4 billion euros and around 4,000 highly skilled and diverse employees worldwide, the new company marks the birth of another global engineering materials giant.

Envalior consists of highly complementary DSM Engineering Materials (DEM) and LANXESS High Performance Materials (HPM) and is owned by global private equity firms Advent International and LANXESS.

The new corporate brand is a combination of EN and VALIOR and reflects the ambitions of the new company: EN stands for engaging, enterprising, engineering, environment, and VALIOR stands for value-driven, value-creating.
