Second, the use of waterborne polyurethane defoamer

1. Direct addition: Waterborne polyurethane defoamer is added directly to the waterborne polyurethane system, which usually needs to be added during the mixing process.

2. Pre-disperse addition: The waterborne polyurethane defoamer is pre-mixed with a certain amount of solvent or water to form a homogeneous suspension, and then the suspension is added to the waterborne polyurethane system.

3. Dissolution addition: The waterborne polyurethane defoamer is dissolved in a solvent or water, and then the dissolved liquid is added to the waterborne polyurethane system.

4. Extrusion method: the waterborne polyurethane system is extruded through the extruder, and then the waterborne polyurethane defoamer is sprayed at the extrusion outlet. In this way, the waterborne polyurethane defoamer can be sprayed directly into the waterborne polyurethane system, and the defoaming effect is better.

5. Sedimentation method: The waterborne polyurethane system is left to stand for a period of time to allow the foam to float naturally, and then the surface is sprayed with waterborne polyurethane defoamer. This method is suitable for smaller production batches and can reduce the amount of waterborne polyurethane antifoam used.

1. Construction field: waterborne polyurethane defoamer is suitable for waterborne polyurethane waterproof coatings, heat insulation coatings and other fields.

2. Coating field: waterborne polyurethane defoamer is suitable for waterborne polyurethane coatings, wood coatings and other fields.

3. Printing field: waterborne polyurethane defoamer is suitable for waterborne polyurethane ink, UV ink and other fields.
